Simple Travel Expense

Simple Travel Expense has not only been designed to make the entry of travel expenses quick and easy but also to make the exporting side quick and easy too. We have focused on usability and functionality so that your data can be added quickly but also usable in the correct format when you need it.Features:- Customisable Expense Types- Variable VAT rate allowing the app to be used in multiple countries- Attachable picture receipt from Camera, Gallery, Dropbox, OneDrive etc.- Filtered Expense View showing number of expenses and total cost - Filter by Month or for All Months- Export to zip file facility which includes - Picture attachments of receipts (optional file size reduction in Settings) - Spreadsheet (.xls) of expenses with calculations(as formulas) for NET cost and VAT if applicable, hyperlinked picture attachments - Optional feature to separate months into individual sheets - Optional SubTotal per month and Total calculations (set in Settings)- Export gives the option of sending the exported zip file as an Email or to your preferred cloud drive such as Dropbox and OneDrive.- Alternatively export just the spreadsheet with the same options as the zip export but you can also view it in your favourite spreadsheet application (formulas tested in Microsoft Office Mobile and Google Sheets (latter requires it to be converted within Google Sheets as it opens in compatibility view).- All files are held in the Simple Expense folder on the root directory of your phone if you wish to access manually.
